SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) IN COURTS IN NAGA CITY ON NOVEMBER 28, 1997

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) jointly with the Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a one-day seminar-workshop on " TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS " (TQM) for all judges, clerks of courts/branch clerks of courts of Camarines Sur on November 28, 1997 (Friday) in Naga City.

The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.
