TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN CALOOCAN CITY, MAKATI CITY, QUEZON CITY AND RIZAL

SUBJECT : FORUM ON HIV, HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE LAW ON 02 DECEMBER 2014 AT THE CROWNE PLAZA MANILA GALLERIA, ORTIGAS AVENUE CORNER ADB AVENUE, QUEZON CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, in partnership with the Joint United Nations Programme on HTV/AIDS (UNAIDS) will hold a forum on HIV, Human Rights and the Law on 02 December 2014, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Avenue corner ADB Avenue, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the forum, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
