TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY COURT JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT : ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 21 TO 23 NOVEMBER 2001 IN BACOLOD CITY

The Officers and Members of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan and City Court Judges Association of the Philippines will have their annual convention-seminar and election of officers on 21 to 23 November 2001 in Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said event.
