TO : ALL THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC OR THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE ON OCTOBER 26, 2012 AT THE DING HAO RESTAURANT, CALAMBA, LAGUNA

The Working Vice-Chairman of the Chief justice Committee to Adress Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts, in cooperation aith the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), will hold a seminar on A. M. No. 12-8-8-SC or the Judicial Affidavit Rule on October 26, 2012 at the Ding Hao Restaurant, Calamba, Laguna.

All the first and second level court judges stationed in the province of Batangas are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the Judges who attended the seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.
