SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. OSCAR AMANDY REYES

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 31 July 2009, in Administrative Case No. 6121, entitled, "Trinidad H. Camara, et al. vs. Atty. Oscar Amandy Reyes," to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Resolution No. XVIII-2008-522 of the IBP Board of Governors is AFFIRMED. Accordingly, Atty. Oscar Amandy Reyes is hereby SUSPENDED for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS from the practice of law." Respondent received the resolution on 1 September 2009 per Registry Return Receipt No. 20042.
