TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (MetCJAP)

SUBJECT : 21st NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 11 TO 13 SEPTEMBER 2019 IN DUMAGUETE CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MetCJAP) will hold its 21 st National Convention with the theme "MetCJAP Judges: Anchors of a Robust Judiciary" on 11 to 13 September 2019 at the Bravo Hotel, Dumaguete City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Sheryll Dolendo Tulabing, Secretary General of the MetCJAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the convention with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
