SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. SALVADOR QUIMPO AND ATTY. NANCY QUIMPO

In the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated December 19, 2006 , in Administrative Case No. 6128 entitled, "Rosemarie L. Hsieh vs. Atty. Salvador Quimpo and Atty. Nancy Quimpo" respondents Attys. Salvador Quimpo and Nancy Quimpo were suspended from the practice of law for three (3) months, effective from notice.

The decision was received by the respondents on January 25, 2007 . In a Resolution dated March 12, 2007 , the Court denied with finality the respondents' Urgent Motion for Reconsideration of the said decision, the basic issues raised therein having been duiy considered and passed upon by the Court in the said decision and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
