SUBJECT: SHRI' AH TRAIDING SEMINAR IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION

In connection with the ongoing series of Shari' ah Training Seminars sponsored by the Officce on Muslim Affairs, authority is granted for the following to assist as lecturers in the Shari' ah Training Seminars in the National Capital Region starting November 4, 1994, or OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses, per diems and allowances chargeable to the Office on Muslim Affairs, if authorized and allowed by law:

Jusitce Jainal D. Rasul — November 14 - 22, 1994 Court of Appeals Manila

Judge Omar U. Amin — November 21 - December 2, 1994 Regional Trial Court Br. 135. Makati, M.M.

Judge Corocoy D. Moson — November 6- 9, 1994 5th Shari' ah District Court Cotabato City

The Aforementioned justice and Judges may continue to attend to their cases, conduct trial and render decisions for the duration of the seminar when not otherwise engaged on lecture.
