TO: ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN REGION XII

SUBJECT: GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE SEMINAR ON 19 AND 20 FEBRUARY 2002 AT KABACAN, NORTH COTABATO

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), North Cotabato Chapter and the University of the Philippines Law Center (UP-LC) will hold a General Law Practice Institute Seminar on 19 and 20 February 2002 at Kabacan, North Cotabato.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
