SUBJECT:

WORKSHOP ON THE NEW TRENDS AND JURISPRUDENCE ON PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION, EVIDENCE, CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF 2002

The Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Samar will hold a seminar-workshop on the new treads and jurisprudence on preliminary investigation,, evidence criminal procedure and comprehensive dangerous drugs act of 2002 on December 12T 2003 at Catbalogan, Samar.

Attendance at the said seminar-Workshop shall be an OFFICIAL. TIME but the judges concerned should see to it that the court calendar is; properly managed and parties are notified in advance of my canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
