ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION XI IN THE 10TH REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

For a more effective delivery of public service, and for the promotion of career growth among officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch of Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region xi are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on 28 to 30 July 2004 (Wednesday to Friday) at the Grand Regional Hotel J.P. Laurel Avenue Lanang Quezon City.

Sessions and attendance of the Clerks of Courts and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on 28 July 2004 (Wednesday).

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in the Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses for those entitled to and from station to seminar site will be reimburseable at a later date after submission of property documented receipts.
