ALL THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING WITH THE HONORABLE CHIEF JUSTICE HILARIO G. DAVIDE, JR.

In connection with the forthcoming CLERAP Convention, the National Officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold a a meeting with the Honorable Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr. on March 29, 2004.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided they secure prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said meeting.
