All Regional Trial Court Judges of Region 4 are authorized to attend on official time the seminar workshop to be held on November 26-27, 1992 at Imus Sports Center, Imus, Cavite sponsored by. Region 4 RTC Judges Association.
The expenses for attendance may be charged to local government funds if allowed and/or authorised.
