REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2169 - AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN MUNICIPALITY OF TABANGO, PROVINCE LEYTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Tabango, Province of Leyte, are constituted as barrios, to wit:
The sitios of Sumacab, Mina, Durabod, Lawis, Tipolo Tubig-Baho, So-oy and Payaw (Tabang-o side) to be known as the barrio of Inancatan;
The sitios of Colonia, Tigo, La Fortuna II, Cabato-an, and Danaw to be known as the barrio of Manlawa-an;
The sitios of Bahay-Dako, Hamorawon, Sabang, Palid Gamay, Hacienda Bough, Bulalakaw, Dina-ayan and Holipak to be known as the barrio of Gimarco;
The sitios of Tangohay, Ruscidelsa, Cocolay and Bagakay to be known as the barrio of Catmon;
The sitios of Banoyo, Cota, Palanog, Palanas, Bahay Camay, Batwan, Arimoso, Binanig, Manapaw and Panowayan to be known as the barrio of Gibacungan; and
The sitios of La Fortuna I, Tambis, Tag-abaka, Lugapak, Divisoria and Pagsa to be known as the barrio of Omaganhan.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
