REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6448 - AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Laguna is further amended to read as follows:

"Laguna, twelve assistant provincial fiscals;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
