TO: NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON JUNE 9 AND 10, 2005 AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY , PALAWAN

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), in preparation of their 2006 Convention and Seminar, will hold a meeting of the national officers on June 9 and 10, 2005 at the Hall of Justice, Puerto Princesa City , Palawan .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting and their attendance shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Celia A. Flores, President, CLERAP, shall submit to this office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
