ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

ANNUAL CONVENTION AND MEETING ON OCTOBER 13 TO 15, 2010 AT THE AVENUE PLAZA HOTEL, MAGSAYSAY AVENUE, NAGA CITY

The Officers and Members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention and Meeting on October 13 to 15, 2010 at the Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
