TO : THE JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE FORMER ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR THE POOR PROJECT AREAS IN ORIENTAL MINDORO, CAMARINES SUR, CAPIZ, LANAO DEL NORTE, AND SULTAN KUDARAT

SUBJECT: FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION ON THE ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR THE POOR PROJECT EXPERIENCE

A Supreme Court En Banc Resolution dated 26 June 2012 under A.M. No. 12-6-16-SC (Re: Request for Approval for the Implementation of the European Union-Philippines Justice Support Programme, entitled "Justice for All: Enhancing Accessibility, Fighting Impunity") approved the Court's participation in the implementation of the components of the subject EU Programme which are within the Court's jurisdiction. This is a spin-off project of the 2006-2008 Access to Justice for the Poor Project (A2J Project).

A Supreme Court-Technical Working Group (TWG) for the Justice for AH: Enhancing Accessibility, Fighting Impunity Project {JFA Project) has been created through Memorandum Order 03-2013. With the Project's Financing Agreement signed in 07 November, 2012, Inception Phase activities are being undertaken from January to May 2013. A Focus Group Discussion on the Court Beneficiaries' experience during the A2J Project hss been designed to gather information on their experience which will serve as the baseline data for the JFA Project. The TWG members will visit your court stations for the said activity .

In connection therewith, the Judges and Court Personnel of the following Municipal Circuit Trial Courts and Shari'a Circuit Courts in Oriental Mindoro, Camarines Sur, Capiz, Lanao del Norte, and Sultan Kudarat are hereby authorized to participate in the Focus Group Discussion scheduled below.
