AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION JUDICIARY AND THE ATTENDANCE THEREAT OF SELECTED COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Program Management Office (PMO) will conduct a Roundtable Discussion on Liberty and Prosperity: A Program for the Philippine Judiciary, to be held on April 12, 2006, 12:00 nn to 4:00 pm, at the Plantation Bay Resort Hotel, Marigondon, Mactan Island, Cebu.

The attendance of the participants in this activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Roundtable Discussion and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
