AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERICS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AT THE 13TH REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM - BATCH 2 QUEZON CITY, PASIG CITY, MANDALUYONG CITY, CALOOCAN CITY, MARIKINA CITY, NAVOTAS, TAGUIG, RIZAL, PATEROS AND MALABON]

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level courts in the National Capital Judicial Region -Batch 2 (Quezon City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Caloocan City, Marikina City, Navotas, Taguig, Rizal, Pateros and Malabon) are enjoined to attend and participate in the 13th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) to be held from June 21 to 23, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (Old), Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA).

Sessions for the judges will be from June 21 to 23, 2006. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall attend the sessions on June 22 and 23, 2006.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Seminar, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. This is a live-out seminar and travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
