TO : THE CONCERNED COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN PASIG CITY, TAGUIG CITY, SAN JUAN CITY AND PATEROS

SUBJECT : EJ CUP SPORTSFEST 2015 ON 24 APRIL TO 8 MAY 2015 AT THE BULWAGAN NG KATARUNGAN, SAN NICOLAS, PASIG CITY

The officials and employees of the first and second level courts in Pasig City, Taguig City, San Juan City and Pateros will hold the "EJ Cup Sportsfest 2015" on 24 April to 8 May 2015 at the Bulwagan ng Katamngan, San Nicolas, Pasig City.

The players (judges and court personnel) in the sportsfest are hereby authorized to attend the activity on 24 April 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains' in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions. The Executive Judges/Presiding Judges concerned shall see to it that the subsequent activities after 24 April 2015 up to 8 May 2015 shall be scheduled after office hours.

Executive Judge Danilo S. Cruz shall submit a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activities to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
