AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED SC PERSONNEL PERFORMING AUDIT FUNCTIONS AT THE SECOND PHASE OF THE CAPACITY-BUILDING TRAININGS ON THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT INTERNAL AUDIT MANUAL (PGIAM)

Based on a new schedule sent by the DBM for the second phase of the capacity-building trainings on the Philippine Government Internal Audit Manual to be held at COA Professional Development Center, Diliman, Quezon City, Administrative Circular No. 105-2013 issued 11 November 2013 is hereby amended from the original schedule of November 11, 2013 to December 16,2013 to the new schedule of December 2 - 20,2013.

In addition to the participants listed in the said Administrative Circular, the following personnel are hereby authorized to attend Modules 7 and 8:

Ms. Marnelli. Banila (MAD) Module 7 December 10 to 12,2013

Ms. Camille D. Rabino (OAD) Module 8 December 13,16-17,2013

Attendance in these training-seminars shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.
