ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND CONVENTION COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON MARCH 5, 2004 AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, OLONGAPO CITY

In preparation for the forthcoming 2004 CLERAP National Convention on April 28-30, 2004 at the Subic International Hotel, Olongapo City, the national oificers and convention committee members will hold a meeting on March 5, 2004 at the Hail of Justice, Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and then" attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar,

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said convention.
