SUBJECT: 4TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF THE RTC CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.

The RTC Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc., will hold its 4th National Convention, Seminar and Election from 2 to 4 (Thursday to Saturday) April 1998 at the Provincial Gymnasium, Surigao City. Interested members of the RTC Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc., can attend this 4th National Convention, Seminar and Election and such attendance shall be on official time.

The President of the RTC Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc., shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the 4th National Convention, Seminar and Election (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
