SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. SALVADOR P. RAMOS AND PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFIED FROM BEING COMMISSIONED AS NOTART PUBLIC
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 8 January 2019 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 9209, entitled "Nenita de Guzman Ferguson vs. Atty. Salvador P. Ramos," to wit:
The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant to
(a) LIFT the order of suspension imposed against respondent Atty. Salvador P. Ramos and ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law;
(b) REINSTATE Atty. Ramos to his original position as Attorney V and Chief, Legal Division, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)-Bulacan, upon approval of the DAR; and
(c) PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFY the respondent from being commissioned as a notary public, as mandated in the Decision dated April 18, 2017.
