TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERK OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT : BOARD MEETING ON 9 JUNE 2016 IN MAKATI CITY

The national officers and board of trustees of the Regional Trial Court Clerk of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold their board meeting on 9 June 2016, 8:00 a.m., in Makati City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Phillip Charles G. Santos, President of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of officers who attended the meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from its conclusion.
