SUBJECT:

CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON 27 TO 28 FEBRUARY AND 1 MARCH 2Mtt AT THE DAVAO TRADE AND CONVENTION CENTER, DAVAO CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Convention-Seminar originally scheduled on 13 to 15 November 2002 has been re-scheduled to 27 to 28 February and 1 March 2003 at the Davao Trade and Convention Center, Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges/Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the said event

This amends OCA Circular No. 42-2002 dated 20 Augusrt2002.
