SEMINAR-WORK SHOP ON "SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES"

The World Association of Law Professors headed by Court of Appeals Associate Justice Serafin V.C. Guingona will sponsor a seminar-workshop on "S ettlement of Disputes " on September 29 to October 1, 1994 , at Hyatt Regency . The seminar-workshop will be conducted as a joint project of the Association with the National Judicial College of the University of Nevada. Professorial lecturers of the National Judicial College will be' handling the seminar-workshop. A certificate of attendance from the National Judicial College will be issued to participants.

Seventy (70) slots have been allocated for RTC, MetroTC and MTC judges. It is expected that lawyers and law professors from. the. Philippines and other Asian countries will be in attendance. A registration fee of P4,000.00 will be charged per participant.

Attendance at the seminar shall be on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if available and authorized by the local government units.
