SUBJECT: CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold its Convention and Seminar from 21 to 23 May 1998 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Rose Memorial Hall, Central Philippine University Campus, Jaro, Iloilo City. All interested members of the JACOPHIL can attend this Convention and Seminar and such attendance shall be on official time.

The President of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the Convention and Seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2] copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
