TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON 27 JULY 2018 AT THE SHANGRI'LA ONE TOWER, MANDALUYONG CITY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their regular bi-monthly meeting on 27 July 2018 at the Shangri'la One Tower, Mandaluyong City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the bi­ monthly meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz R. Reyes-Yson, PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the bi­ monthly meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
