AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Items (a) and (d) under Group IV, for the Province of Cebu, page 341, paragraph c, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

" (a) For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Sibonga, Cebu. P40,000.00

" (d) For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Alcoy, Cebu. P 30,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
