AN ACT RENAMING THE OZAMIZ CITY BY-PASS ROAD LOCATED IN OZAMIZ CITY AS CONGRESSMAN HILARION J. RAMIRO BY-PASS ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Ozamiz City By-pass Road in Ozamiz City is hereby renamed as Congressman Hilarion J. Ramiro By-pass Road.

SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby directed to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
