TO : THE JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN VIGAN CITY, ILOCOS SUR

SUBJECT : 1 st INTER-AGENCY SPORTS GAMES ON 28 OCTOBER 2016 AT THE QUIRINO STADIUM, BANTAY, ILOCOS SUR

The judges and the court personnel of the first and second level courts in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, will hold its 1 st Inter-Agency Sports Games on 28 October 2016 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Quirino Stadium, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

The attendance of the judges and court personnel in the inter-agency sports games is hereby authorized on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices, to attend to official business Or transactions.

Executive Judge Marita Bernales Balloguing of the Regional Trial Court, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities, including the complete list of all judges and court personnel who attended the event, to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
