SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) MONTHS OF ATTY. CESAR B. SANCHEZ
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 05 March 2008, in Administrative Case No. 4307, entitled "Danilo N. Concepcion vs. Atty. Cesar B. Sanchez", to wit:
"The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner as approved by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the Resolution No. XVIl-2007-052 dated 01 February 2007 . Accordingly, respondent Atty. Cesar B. Sanchez is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for two (2) months."
The Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the Resolution dated 05 March 2008 sent to complainant's counsel Attys. Advincula and Galit at their given address at Suite 402 Borja Bldg., Rizal Avenue, Sta. Cruz, Manila, per Registry Return Receipt No. 3289/returned unserved with notation "RTS- Moved Out 11 pursuant to the Resolution of the First Division dated 16 July 2008.
