SUBJECT:

REVISED UPGRADING OF SCHEDULE OF THE LEGAL FEES IN THE SUPREME COURT AND THE LOWER COURTS UNDER RULE 141 OF THE RULES OF COURT

On May 29, 2007, Administrative Circular No. 60-2007 was issued to implement the resolution dated April 17, 2007 of the Court En Bane in A.M. No. 07-2-04-SC which Amended Section 1 of Rule 141 of the Rules of Court. The said resolution is supposed to take effect on July 2, 2007.

However, on July 3, 2007, the Court En Bane issued another resolution which Resolved to HOLD IN ABEYANCE the new modes of payment of legal fees beginning July 2, 2007 as approved in the resolution dated April 17, 2007, pending submission by the Office of the Court Administrator of the Implementing Guidelines thereon.
