TO : ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE SOUTHERN LUZON REGION (RIZAL- SAN JUAN-MANDALUYONG INCLUDING PASIG, MARIKINA, TAGUIG AND PATEROS; MAKATI; PASAY-PARANAQUE-LAS PINAS-MUNTINLUPA; CALOOCAN-MALABON-NAVOTAS; CAVITE; LAGUNA; BATANGAS; QUEZON; MINDORO OCCIDENTAL; MINDORO ORIENTAL; MARINDUQUE; AND AURORA)

SUBJECT : INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES SOUTHERN LUZON REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 13-14 JULY 2018 AT THE SMX CONVENTION CENTER, SM AURA, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY, TAGUIG CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines Southern Luzon Region (IBP-SLR) (Rizal-San Juan-Mandaluyong including Pasig, Marikina, Taguig and Pateros; Makati; Pasay-Paranaque-Las Pinas-Muntinlupa; Caloocan-Malabon-Navotas; Cavite; Laguna; Batangas; Quezon; Mindoro Occidental; Mindoro Oriental; Marinduque; and Aurora) will hold its Regional Convention- on 13-14 July 2018 (Friday and Saturday), at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 13 July 2018 (Friday), on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
