SUBJECT : BASIC JUDICIAL TRAINING ON CYBERCRIME AND ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE (BJTCEE) ON 26-28 MARCH 2019 IN DAVAO CITY

The Department of Justice (DOJ) - Office of Cybercrime (OOC) will conduct a Basic Judicial Training on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence to be held on 26-28 March 2019, 8:30 a.m. in Davao City.

In connection therewith, the following cybercrime court judges in Mindanao, and their pairing courts, are hereby authorized to attend the training on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing:
