Law Center, cne participants from Regions 9 and 10 to the June 22 - 23, 1993 seminar at the Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City, who were unable to attend the same as it coincided with the Philippine Judges Association Convention, are hereby authorised to join the seiiiinar for Regions 6, 7, and 8 on July 28 - 29, 1993 , at the Sundowner Hotel, Cebu City, on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorised and available, provided that adjustments be made in their court calendars.
