ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (METCJAP)

SUBJECT:

EMERGENCY MEETING ON JANUARY 16, 2009 AT THE OLD SWISS INN, PACO PARK, MANILA

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan Trial and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold an emergency Meeting on January 16, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the Old Swiss Inn, Paco Park, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Jose Roy A. Bersales, National President of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
