ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITITES IN LEGAZPI CITY

SUBJECT:

SPORTFEST ON NOVEMBER 17, TO 21, 23, 2003 IN THE AFTERNOON ONLY

In line with the Physical fitness program of the government among employees the personnel of the Regional Trial court and Municipal Trial Court in Cities housed in the Legazpi City Hall of Justice will be holding a sportfest on November 17, 21, 2003 in afternoons only.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrut the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days fro date of the said assembly.
