TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEESOF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY MEETINGS ON 19 AND 20 MAY 2016 AT THE HOTEL VENIZ, BAGUIO CITY

The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold their quarterly meetings on 19 and 20 May 2016 at the Hotel Veniz, One Abanao Street, Baguio City.

All concerned are .hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the meetings with a complete list of all the judges who attended to the Court Management Office,. Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
