SUBJECT:

INTER-CHAPTER SPORTS OLYMPICS ON SEPTEMBER 18-21, 2003

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines Cebu and Cebu City Chapters will hi sponsoring a three-day Inter-Chapter Sports Olympics on September 18-20, 2003 at the following judges are hereby allowed to attend Hie said event, to the Alta Vista Sports and Country Club in Cebu City. One of the participating chapters is the IBP Negros Occidental Chapter.

The following judges are hereby allowed to attend the said event, to wit:

2. Hon. Ramon D. Delariarte

3. Hon. Edgardo delos Santos

— RTC. Br. 45, Bacolod City

5. Atty.Rayri Paclibar

— RTC. Br. 52, Bacolod City

6. Atty. Corazon P. Romero

— RTC. Br. 41, Bacolod City

Their attendance at the said activity shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
