SUBJECT : GUIDELINES ON GAMING LICENSE, LICENSE FEE REMITTANCE AND RENEWAL FEES FOR POKER GAMES OPERATIONS

on July 24, 2019 the following as regards the operation of Poker Games: Please be advised that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved in its meeting held

1. Maintaining of the existing guidelines on Remittance of License Fee and Licenses for off-site poker operations; and PAGCOR Share as stated in Section 2 Regulation 22 of the Gaming Site Regulatory Manual (GSRM) version 2.0, as amended, for Poker Games in the processing of new applications and applications for renewal of Gaming

2. Increase in the validity period of Gaming Licenses for Poker Games from one Renewal Fees for Bingo and Electronic Games. year to three (3) years with corresponding increase in the Renewal Fee to One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP150,000.00), to be consistent with the three (3) year validity term of issued Gaming Licenses and prescribed
