SUBJECT : IMPOSITION OF NEW APPLICATION FEE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF GAMING SITES OFFERING ELECTRONIC GAMES AND ELECTRONIC BINGO GAMES

As approved by the PAGCOR Board of Directors, please be advised that the establishment and operation of gaming sites offering electronic games and electronic bingo games. Us$50,000.00 non-refundable application fee shall not apply to Applicants for the

Bingo Games (i.e. total of PhP130,000.00) for a new site application: Further, effective May 3, 2017, the Application Fee for the Gaming License on electronic games and electronic bingo games gaming sites shall increase to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP250,000.00) which shall be in lieu of the following applicable fees prescribed in the Gaming Site Regulatory Manuals (GSRM) for Electronic Games and 1 Application Fee PhP5.000.00
