TO : ALL CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS IN REGION IX

SUBJECT : MCLE SEMINAR ON 19 TO 22 JULY 2016 AT THE GRAND ASTORIA HOTEL, ZAMBOANGA CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Zamboanga-Basilan-Sulu-Tawi-Tawi Chapter, in cooperation with the UP Law Center, Institute of Judicial Administration, will conduct a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar on 19 to 22 July 2016 at the Grand Astoria Hotel, Mayor Jaldon Street vZamboanga City.

This is in compliance with the requirement of the Supreme Court for all lawyers to undergo MCLE per Bar Matter No. 850.

All concerned who would want to join this MCLE seminar are hereby authorized to attend the same on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
