Issuance of OWWA PDOS/ CPDEP Electronic Certificates
Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) will implement the issuance of Electronic The public is hereby informed that effective 01 October 2024, the Overseas
Certificate (e-certificate) to landbased and seabased workers who attended and completed the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) and the Comprehensive Pre-Departure Education Program (CPDEP)
OWWA including the National Capital Region. The DMW Regional Offices shall also use of the electronic certificates. The said e-certificates will be issued by the 12 Regional Welfare Offices of
QR Code reader. The verification of the authenticity of the e- certificates can be done through the
