TO ALL BALIK MANGGAGAWA WORKERS, DIRECT HIRE WORKERS, GOVERNMENT-TO-GOVERNMENT PLACED WORKERS

SUBJECT PROVIDING YOUR PAG-IBIG FUND MID NUMBER
In compliance with the CY2020 Memorandum of Agreement with the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF, or otherwise known as the Pag-IBIG Fund). the Pag-IBIG Fund Member ID Number (MID) shall now be a required field in the various OEC processing systems of this Department, as per schedule of implementation below:
Balik Manggagawa Government to Government Placed Workers Direct Hires OFW Type Beginning Date 01 August 2022 01 June 2022 01 July 2022
Given the above, all Balik Manggagawa workers, Direct Hire workers, and Government-to- Government Placed workers are advised to follow the procedures/recommendation below:
1 Workers who already have their Pag-IBIG MID Numbers simply needs to encode the
information into their e-Registration account by logging in to the new Department URL:
https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices/POEAOnline.aspx
2 Workers who do not have the Pag-IBIG MID Number are advised to get the said ID number using any of the several online facilities provided by the Pag-IBIG Fund, as per Annex "A".
OFWs abroad may also approach the Pag-IBIG Fund Member Services Officers at the Migrant Workers Office (formerly, Philippine Overseas Labor Offices), when available; and,

Annex "A" : Procedures in obtaining a Pag-IBIG Fund Member ID (MID) Number
OFWs without a Pag-IBIG MID Number -- are directed to secure their respective MID Numbers from the following channels:
a) Utilities Module of the DMW E-Registration System - where a Pag-IBIG Fund
registration link can be found. Simply click the link and the same shall redirect him/her to the Online Membership Registration System of Pag-IBIG Fund where he/she can apply for a Pag-IBIG MID Number; or
b) Virtual Pag-IBIG - Pag-IBIG Fund's online service portal thru the Online

Once available, OFW-members shall encode/input their new Pag-IBIG MID Number into their respective DMW e-Registration Accounts.
2 OFWs who already have Pag-IBIG MID Numbers but are unable to recall the same - are requested to verify their Pag-IBIG MID Numbers using the following
facilities:
a) Virtual Pag-IBIG - Pag- IBIG Fund's online service portal thru the Virtual Pag IBIG number Verification Service link:
https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/MIDInquiry.aspx; or
b) For any inquiries regarding your Pag-IBIG Fund account/transactions kindly
reach Pag-IBIG Fund's contact channels, as follows:
iv) Send a private message via Pag-IBIG Fund Facebook page D Ii i Service Hotline, (02) 8724-4244 Email via [email protected] Chat via www.pagibigfund.gov.ph
Note: For verification requests via email and Facebook page, a government- issued iD shall be required.
Once verified, OFW-member shall encode/input their verified Pag-IBIG MID number into their DMW e-Registration Account.
3 OFWs who have already been deployed - are required to encode/supply/provide their Pag-IBIG MID Number into their DMW E-Registration Account, upon their next
log-in session.
