SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. CESAR G. FAJARDO

The Supreme Court (Third Division), in its decision dated 29 June 2005 in Administrative Case No. 5712 entitled, "Francisco Lorenzana vs. Atty. Cesar G. Fajardo", suspended respondent Atty. Cesar G. Fajardo from the practice of law for six (6) months. Pursuant thereto, OCA Circular No. 121- 2005 dated 25 November 2005 was issued.

Respondent filed his first and second motions for reconsideration but the same were denied by the Court in its resolutions dated 21 November 2005 and 20 February 2006 respectively.
