Petitioner states that its Board of Directors realized that it is impractical to incur legal expenses and bear the inconvenience of court hearings and its effect to its business operations. In view thereof, petitioner will no longer proceed with its claim for refund and prays for the dismissal of instant Petition for Review. The Court shall deem petitioner's Motion to Dismiss as a motion to withdraw the instant Petition for Review. There being no objection registered by respondent, the motion is hereby GRANTED.
