Supporting schedules as attachments to the quarterly report on Exposure to Real Estate Industry
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1997
TO : All Commercial Banks
For the purpose of determining compliance with the 20 percent aggregate limit and 30 percent ceiling as provided for in Circular Letter to All Commercial Banks dated June 5, 1997 pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 658 dated June 4, 1997, please submit the following supporting schedules as attachments to the quarterly report on Exposure to Real Estate Industry effective for the quarter ended June 30, 1997.
Schedule 1 Housing loans extended or guaranteed under the government's National Shelter Program (NSP) such as the Expanded Housing Loans Program (EHLP) of the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDFM or Pag-ibig Fund) and the mortgage and guaranty and credit insurance program of the Home Insurance and Guaranty Corporation (HIGC);
Schedule 2 Real estate loans considered non-risk assets under Section 22 of the General Banking Act and existing regulations; and
Schedule 3 Real estate loans with original amounts of P3.5 million and below to finance acquisition or improvement of residential units.
